The IT Industry has an over-reliance on remote support, this is where we differ, if we can’t fix it within 2 hours or remote support, we will come onsite, we can reach every one of our clients within an hour mean we can react instantly should the need arise. Our highly skilled team are able to complete anything you will ever need, be that housekeeping and routine maintenance or the installation of new hardware or software.

Our dedicated contact centre is based in the heart of London and manned with highly skilled, highly trained engineers from London and the home countries. Open from 7:30 to 5:30 each day we handle calls, alerts, incidents and emails 10 hours a day, 5 days a week. As we understand how important a robust IT infrastructure is to your business, we will never leave a customer in need, going the extra mile when the job just needs to get done. You will benefit from a dedicated account manager who is looking out for you. They learn and understand your business and its people to deliver just the right level of service and be as available, if not more available than any internal IT manager would.

Printer Support

Printers are a complex part of the IT jigsaw, we can swap and service your print consumables, troubleshoot issues and keep your printers in good working order to serve your business. It’s often the accounts department that is the heaviest users, and we understand that something as simple as a printer going down means invoices can’t be printed and sent, there is no easier way to choke the cash flow to your business.
